By booking a Bulle Workshops workshop, you accept these general terms and conditions. We've made sure they're clear and honest — take the time to read them.

2. Booking Terms

Booking is done online via the form on our website, or directly by email. It is confirmed only after payment receipt and our confirmation email.

Places are limited per workshop. Bookings are personal and non-transferable without prior agreement.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are valid at the time of booking. Bulle Workshops reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting already confirmed bookings.

4. Payment

Payment is made by:

  • Bank transferdetails provided at booking confirmation
  • Credit cardvia our secure payment link
  • Cashonly with prior agreement

Full payment is required to confirm your spot. No card data is stored on our servers.

5. Cancellation by Participant

All cancellations must be notified by email to hello@bulleworkshops.com.

6. Cancellation by Bulle Workshops

If we cancel a workshop (minimum participants not reached, force majeure, logistical issue), you will be fully refunded within 7 business days.

7. Liability

Bulle Workshops commits to providing the best conditions for workshops. Bulle Workshops cannot be held liable for indirect damages or events beyond its control.

8. Intellectual Property

Educational content, visuals and materials provided during workshops are the property of Bulle Workshops & Co. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, we commit to seeking an amicable solution first. Failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca will have jurisdiction.
