At Bulle Workshops, your privacy matters as much as the quality of our workshops. This page clearly explains what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights — in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Moroccan law 09-08.

3. Retention period
- Booking data: 3 years from workshop date
- Newsletter data: until unsubscription
- Technical logs: 12 months
- Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)

We never sell your data. It may be shared only with:
- Our host OVH (France, data in EU)
- Payment providers (secure processing)
- If legally required (court order)
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, limit or object to the processing of your data. To exercise your rights, write to us at hello@bulleworkshops.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security
We use HTTPS, two-factor authentication (Passkey WebAuthn) for admin access, and secure OVH hosting. No payment data is stored on our servers.
